I had them come to my house under AHS home warranty to fix my Bosch dishwasher. They came a few months ago and replaced the heat pump after getting an EO9 message. It worked for 2 months then produced an EO4 & EO9 message and tech said it needed a new control panel and new heat pump. He placed it on order after waiting 7 days I called the office and they said the part was no longer available to call AHS Rand talk to them. Extremely disappointed with this company. They were assigned through my home insurance to repair my dishwasher. They collected payment but never showed up for the scheduled service. After multiple attempts to contact them, I still have not received the service I paid for or a refund. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. If you’re looking for a reliable appliance repair company, I would strongly recommend choosing someone else. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
Trash contractor used by American Home shield. They never called to schedule so I had to call and after a video call, they said they would call me back. I never got the call, just to find out later that they canceled the request without me knowing. Never use this company!!
WORST COMPANY EVER….This is the worst company that has ever existed. I don’t know how American Home Shield a reputable home Warrenty company, is working with them. My washer was authorized weeks ago for repairs and every time I call for an update they either say let me call my technician to find out what’s happening or they hang up after each call. Guy barely speaks English and is completely clueless. I would not have them service anything in my home even if it was free.
Zero customer service skills. They never once called with an update or offered to expidie the delivery. After two weeks of waiting for new suspension rods for the washer I finally got tired and brought in a local repair tech who fixed the appliance within 24hrs.
