This company is the worst. Poor and rude customer service, it is like if they were doing you a favor. I would recommend you going with anyone but them. They also have a terrible internal communication.
My homeowner's insurance sent them to fix my washer; it has been 3.5 weeks, and the washer is still not fixed. They sent a tech with a "refurbished part purchased on ebay" instead of bringing a brand new one. The new part was ordered and delivered to their office 5 days ago and still no word from them. This company should get no star at all based on how they respond to their clients. Their customer service suck. I don't understand why AHS uses this kind of company!
Had this company come through American homeshield. No contact. Rude and unhelpful customer service. Expects you to call them for the appointment. Then schedules random appointments at different times without your consent. If they are the ones set from American homeshield. Request a change in company.
