Writing this as I wait on hold for whoever answered the phone to check on the status of my vehicle (10 minutes now...). I was towed in to this shop 10 days ago and have never received a call to update me on status. I have visited the shop to check on the vehicle a couple of times since then, each time being told that they are very busy but have verified that the vehicle will not start. Terrible and disgusting customer service! The absolute worst company in the world! Do not get your vehicles serviced here. I brought my car here and it had 3 major oil leaks. This location and the mechanic, C.J., claimed they fixed it when in fact, they didn't. I took my car to Honda where the oil leaks were found and fixed. I will never bring my vehicle to this AAA location where they do terrible work and lie about what the car repair and/or problem is. The customer service here is less than stellar. Save your time, I drove out of my way to utilize this shop for a MD Safety Inspection, arrived and then was told since it was raining they won’t complete it. I can understand not doing it, but to not call your customers and waiting for them to show up is incredibly unprofessional.
