Called for a tow. Waited 4 hours. Time kept getting moved back. 90 degree heat. Called multiple times. Each time I was assured that they were on their way and given an ETA in the near future. Finally asked for a supervisor. Was told that they could not do ANYTHING. Can you ask a different company? No. Can you give me the name of the company so I can call myself? This is the only place one can go to in this area for an International Drivers Permit — and that’s the only reason I went here. Upon entering the place, I had to wait for a good 10+ minutes before any of the workers here even acknowledged and greeted me. Then I was made to wait another 15-20 minutes before one of their associates called me to take care of the IDP for me. The place is monolithic and slow and so not fit for this 21st century.
