The worst services ever the drivers have a very unfriendly attitude, they look and smell dirty , they have no phone answering skills, they are rude, they drop off patients at the wrong locations, they are always late, sometimes up to an hour and a half.
Today my 87 year old mother had an appointment in garden city from Franklin square The rehab, Orzac, set up this transport with your company. She arrived at her appointment on time and I was told when I paid the 125$ that I could possibly wait with my mother for 30 to 45 minutes for a return trip. I called at 3:48pm for the return ambulette to pick up my mother in garden city and was told that it could take 30 to 40 minutes which was acceptable to us.
