I am very concerned about the pricing AAA Septic of Santa Fe charges the public. While I am still awaiting word of a compromise with the owner(?), Gino, I was charged over $2,100 for 20-25 minutes of time for two men to lift two septic tank lids off the top of existing risers at ground level to place self-adhesive foam tape and two plastic 12” risers with lids above ground level. I was hung up on by their office person for asking simple questions that any septic professional should answer. The person from AAA not only had contradicting answers but refused to directly answer questions. Behavior like this suggests they have something to hide. Call Allen Environmental for better service.

Steve was very knowledgeable about tree roots and septic systems. He and his crew located and fixed the problem with efficiency and were very competent. I would use their services again.
