Wife and I started going here in late 2023 and we really loved the place. The doctor was very attentive and genuinely cared about us as patients. Visits did not take long and the process was smooth. I stopped going here as I transitioned into the VA system but my wife continued. Well the last 6 months have been an abosolute unbearable process for her. Worst experience ever with a Drs office. Expect having to go for many unnecessary appointments. Even for a refill of blood pressure meds. Oh and an extra appointment for reading my labs. Dr refused to discuss labs at my annual physical appointment. I had to make a separate appointment. All about money I guess. No regard for your time.
I really enjoy going to this office. Dr.Santz and Dr. Villena truly make you feel comfortable and cared for, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The three office staff ladies at the front desk are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. It’s such a pleasant experience from the moment you walk through the door.
I was a patient with one doctor for approximately 20 years. When said doctor came to a new business with another doctor it was fine! The waits became a bit longer and longer. I understand this as doctors need time with their patients. As I have aged, I realized my body is my own and I have the right to refuse certain reviews from a doctor on what he believes to be a health care situation.
