Unfortunately negative infinity wasn't an option. Worst service every with extreme incompetence at every turn. First, misapplied funds resulting in a refund leads to threats of cancellation to cover the mistake caused by them. Further, they close offices and give banks wrong addresses to send escrow checks and when the check is delayed will blame you for the mis-hap caused entirely by the company.
