Drove my 2014 Infinity Q50 here for a valve body replacement after the vehicle was diagnosed by Infinity. Ordered my valve body & tcm only to have the mechanic tell me the car would no longer shift in drive or any other gear except reverse. Then was told it might be the transmission control switch or could be something else, but HE DIDNT Know what the issue was. This guy is amazing! After driving for 35 hours from Oregon to Arkansas for a family emergency, the Solenoid pack in our transmission went out and we could only drive in the failsafe mode. After calling every shop in the area who told us it would be atleast 2 weeks before they could get to our car, we found Triple A who said they would be able to get it in the next day which happened to be a saturday.. and memorial weekend! He was reasonably priced and his work came with a warranty. Highly recommend this place!!
