I wasn’t sure who to contact to service our septic but contacted AAA advanced septic. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely have them back in 5 years.
The company got me in sooner than originally scheduled. Jesse seemed well trained and knowledgeable. He and his helper got the tank pumped very quickly and everything went very smoothly. These guys are great! So Friendly and knowledgeable, and fast. I called in the morning and they came that afternoon. They checked the city records so they knew when they arrived, how big the tank was,1500 gals and they brought a very powerful truck and a very long hose. In the past we had companies who only pumped 1/2 the tank, or brought a truck with a short hose, and tried to back the truck through the trees to get to the septic tank. I definitely will recommend AAA Advanced Septic!
Heidy gave me a 3-hour window (12-3); the guys drove up at 1 and were done and driving away by 1:45. They had good communication throughout; everyone was friendly & professional; my old septic tank is cleaned out & ready for the next step (gravel fill). AAA does what they say, when & how they say -top notch!
