Carpets look clean, but... – ...this was a shampooing. It was not the cleaning I hoped it would be. A young kid did the job (about a half hour late, but I think he may have tried to call and let me know), and first I asked him if they move couches or what their policy is. He said that they move couches over, but not tables. I wanted my carpets cleaned around my tables, so I moved them myself. Salt Lake's Best Carpet Cleaner – They worked with my schedule to get me in. They were friendly and helpful. They got all of the spots out and they have not come back. I don't have the smell of my puppies on the carpet any more. I will be using them again.

my stains are gone – I had my carpets cleaned a little over 2 weeks ago., and the stains stayed gone. That is a first for me. My dog had urinated allover the livnig room, and it stunk bad, but not any more. My carpet looks beautiful, and smells like, well nothing ;) I'll definatly be calling them again next year.
