We waited for an hour and a half, and the maid never showed up. The owner was unapologetic and, instead of offering a deal, tried to reschedule at their convenience! The entire experience of making an appointment, and waiting for nobody to come, was a waste of time. There are dozens of other reliable businesses out there.
