On top of that, when I asked questions about my taxes or for clarification he was impatient and avoidant: "I'm too busy for this". "I don't have time for this". "I'm extremely busy". Like Jekyll and Hyde. Before you pay: pleasant and professional. After you pay: rude and irritable.

If I could give negative stars I would. RUN do not walk in the opposite direction from this guy. Owen is aggressive, rude, belligerent, and worst of all he took my money and never completed the work. He then completely ghosted by not answering calls, emails, or text messages. I hope to save at least one person from the awful experience I had and the complete loss of a significant amount of money. AND I had to find someone else to do the work causing significant delays.
