Horrible service !! Update after they replied this review was fake: This review is not fake. I chose not to become a client because, from the moment I entered the office, a man who seemed to be of Asian descent was very rude and dismissive. I left immediately due to his horrible treatment. I'm not the only one who has experienced this based on the reviews
I had a very disappointing experience with this accountant. I hired him to handle my 2023 tax return, but the service was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. While I was filling out paperwork with him and asking questions when things weren’t clear, he acted like I was interrupting his day off, saying, “I don’t have time for this.” I even told him I had all my expenses tallied up, and he just brushed me off with, “I don’t have time,” as if I was getting a freebie and he was doing me some massive favor by seeing me! Stay away from AAA Tax Accountant! My encounter with this individual was nothing short of horrendous. Upon merely inquiring about pricing, he rudely dismissed me from his office, claiming there was no room for negotiation. His demeanor was not just unprofessional but downright offensive. To make matters worse, it became apparent that his rudeness extended to discrimination, as I felt targeted because of my Muslim identity.
