Retail rep is so rude. Long time member & she’s always horrible to deal with. I don’t know how she’s still employed there. Lacks basic understanding of how to interact with human beings.
Had Charlie hook up my malibu after my alternator died and take it to my preferred mechanic in Doylestown from Massillon. Good guy, did his job fast and well 5/5
Definitely avoid if possible.
Change your hours to noon instead of 1:00 at the Massillon location on Saturday. I made a trip over there and they were closed!
