David was very helpful and full of gooduserstr tips.
AAA’s battery service is terrible. The tech came out and told me that my battery was reading that it was good. I had to take it to a shop to have it charged and checked you called AAA for convenience not to have to take your car somewhere else. To get the battery replaced been with AAA over 20 some years this is ridiculous
Worst experience years running, we will absolutely be looking into a different company for services. Customer service is incompetent and useless. Didn't offer a better solution can only read a script, can't wait till AI takes over.
Definitely won’t be back unless I really need a service that I can’t get online. The representatives that you get as you enter the building are very rude and not helpful.
