AAA is negligent, incompetent, sloppy & dangerous! Their recent DISSERVICE call to tow my daughters 2008 Volvo, contributed to $2700 in damage to a local orlando residences vehicle. My daughter accidentally tapped (backed into) a parked blue Honda CRV at a local Starbucks only to find significant damage to the Honda CAUSED BY THE TOW HITCH LEFT INSTALLED BY THE AAA TOW DRIVER FROM A FEW DAYS EARLIER! Tell your driver here how to you know drive a vehicle. He almost ran me off the road, ran a red light to speed up and get behind me, cut me off and sped past me. Flicked me off too.
I’m really disappointed with the service I received at this AAA location. The woman who assisted me spoke to me in a belittling, almost child-like manner whenever I asked a simple question. My official documents were handled carelessly—my photo was put on crooked, my name was spelled wrong, and when I pointed it out, it was brushed off with a casual “whoopsies” instead of being corrected.
