Go to another branch. I went to this AAA for DMV services in the morning, a young lady told me to come back later in the day after I get more information. I got the information and got off early from work to arrive there at 440pm. They told me they shut down the DMV services for the day on my arrival. My item would have taken 10 minutes to complete but the fact they shut down their systems 20 minutes before closing is going to cause me more time off work. I have been an AAA Plus member for over 10 years. I had to tow my inoperable vehicle only 2 miles down the street to my friend's house who is a mechanic to fix it. They made me wait over 2 hours just to come pick up my vehicle and have it towed. I watched another AAA vehicle drive past me while waiting for them to issue my inquiry. Don't make my mistake.
