Quick and easy to obtain international driving permit
Claim they never received my payment for home owners insurance that was sent over a month ago and refuse to help in any way possible. Have 2 cars and homeowners insurance through them and they dont care whatsoever. Terrible customer service and can't get ahold of anyone.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My policy expired three times and no one from the AAA were not concerned that they needed to collect payment, so the policy does not lapse and cancel.
Contacted this office to make an appointment to ask questions about a cruise we were interested in for which we placed a hold on the AAA website. The travel person I spoke with as brusque -could not be bothered to answer my questions. She said she was “so busy”. I even offered to cancel my on-line booking hold and have her make the sale (thought that would appeal if she worked on commissions) but she didn’t even want to do that. Don’t waste your time trying to get your travel questions answered here.
