Good Luck! I tried calling twice to get a rental car for my car which was hit by uninsured motorist, was drivable but needed to go in for repairs. The first time I was transferred to a woman who spoke very quickly and seemed to be asking “who’s your boy?” I kept asking her to repeat herself more slowly and after 3 or 4 times and requesting to speak with someone else, she finally said “how may I help you?” She was rather rude and said she couldn’t help me that she was on the insurance side of it. Quick and easy to obtain international driving permit
Claim they never received my payment for home owners insurance that was sent over a month ago and refuse to help in any way possible. Have 2 cars and homeowners insurance through them and they dont care whatsoever. Terrible customer service and can't get ahold of anyone.
