Rude employees. They make you stand and wait when they have no one in front of you. No place to sit down.
Really not sure why you have a phone number when no one answers the phone trying to pay my bill waiting on someone to answer the phone multiple times for 30 + mins I promise if someone called my business and I made them wait 30 mins or more before they hung up from wasting there time I wouldn’t be in business. All a big scam anyway
I hold TWICE today. ! time for 45 minutes. Left a call back number, and hung up. Called backed again later and on hold for about 20 minutes before getting disconnected on their end. I call back yet AGAIN.... and left my phone number and message. I bet they dont call back.
