Very helpful staff, even while waiting I was acknowledged politely and informed of what the appropriate wait time would be. I had all my issues resolved by friendly Agents.
Impossible to talk with someone at this location. I called Jerome several times which went to voice mail. Their system sent me to someone in travel downtown. She could not help me. I went to the office and they were all picking numbers out of a bag for some raffle along with Jerome. This is the third time my signed medicare docs were not scanned correctly and my PIP discount was not acknowledged. If they are missing information they should call me to correct any errors.
