Great company been with them 20+ years
Just had the worst experience ever with AAA. Called needing roadside assistance (that I pay for), was quoted an hour. No problem, people are busy. An hour goes by, quoted another 20 minutes. Spent an hour and a half waiting for no one to show up. FUN FACTS: the tow-drivers can say they’re “on-site” but not actually arrive for an additional 10-15 minutes after the given time OR just be a mile away - it depends on which AAA representative you talk to, no two employees can give the same answer.
