Carole is rude and condescending.. they moved and still can't post a current phone number! Call the corporate about it and WOW do they have a lot of complaints about her and the location! Shame on AAA for not doing the due diligence...

Just want to say how disappointed I was in this office. I live in Saint Clair Shores and noticed that they opened an office on Harper, so I called to set up an appointment. The lady that answered the phone (i think she said Fara) was so short and rude with me, which took me by surprise. I started to explain that I was already a member of AAA but wanted to establish a home office with them to get a personal agent to help with my insurance needs but she cut me off before I got the sentence out. Carol is a really good agent this is not a reflection on the agency itself. I took off one star because triple a has horrible boat insurance. Considering how rapidly are it's pretty sad but they don't have robust team servicing the Marine community considering this is Michigan.
