AAA is expensive and unreliable. We had a flat on the side of the freeway but didn't have tools to fix it ourselves and were put at "priority" for service because of our location. However they didn't even call us to tell us which company they scheduled to help us for an hour and a half (after multiple calls from me checking the status), and at that point they said it would be another 90 minutes for the tow company to come help us. Ridiculous. We're going to cancel our roadside assist, made sure to buy everything we need to f... read more
