I’d like to share a disappointing experience I had at the KEMPSVILLE location of AAA. I visited to get notarization for copies of some original immigration documents for my passport application. After waiting nearly 35 minutes for assistance, the notary on duty refused to sign any documents, stating that they do not notarize immigration or passport-related documents.
