Friendly and helpful for getting my international drivers licence.
Called them about questions on foreign currency exchange which is a common thing AAA branches do, were rude an not helpful waste of a membership.
We've been AAA members for a long time. As much out of habit as anything, as there are equally good (if not better) roadside assistance programs. Last week was the last straw. We needed help from their travel agent & she couldn't have been any less interested in helping. Condescending, acted like we were somehow wasting her time. This review is not about this branch it's about AAA as a whole. They sent me a letter stating they were going to cancel me at the end of my 6month term for having a salvage title vehicle after insuring it for 4 yrs. prior. I called and thought it was straightened out, until I got another letter that they were cancelling me for a mismatch vin number on title vs. vehicle.
