Friendly and helpful for getting my international drivers licence.
Called them about questions on foreign currency exchange which is a common thing AAA branches do, were rude an not helpful waste of a membership.
We've been AAA members for a long time. As much out of habit as anything, as there are equally good (if not better) roadside assistance programs. Last week was the last straw. We needed help from their travel agent & she couldn't have been any less interested in helping. Condescending, acted like we were somehow wasting her time.
