This office in Joplin has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.there is no one in office,the door is locked,no sign when returning.Brian ruby the agent is never in office,never returned calls.they need to shut down the office completely.
I want to SPEAK to someone at AAA in billing. Every number I call says call during business hours THESE ARE BUSINESS HOURS. They ARE DOUBLE CHARGING US, AND I WANT IT STOPPED OR I'LL CANCEL.
