Not impressed with the travel agent. We had our cruise transferred to their office due to the unfortunate passing of the AAA travel agreed we’re booked with. When I saw the recent payment that was made on the flex payment with the cruise line I saw something that made me feel there was a potential for some fraud. I called and e mailed the travel agent our booking was transferred to and the only response I got was I’ll get to you when I can. Great answer when concerned of fraud. Driving through a construction zone I got a bolt stuck in my tire. I pulled into the parking lot and they took care of me and had me back on the road shortly. Steve was kind and provided exceptional customer service. Thankful for the AAA team here!

I took my BMW in for an oil change the first of the yr. sound Jan or Feb. the next day I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground under the car and when I started it the car system let me know that there was a problem with my oil. I took it then to a referred auto shop by BMW and was told they would be able to look into this problem because whoever did the work last did things wrong. the store manager deflected totally as to what was done and mentioned he told me about it when I was there that they had to put in a new plug whic... read more
