Got my daughters car in & out with repairs! Hubby was happy, daughter could afford it & Mom doesn't need to hear extra drama about being scammed, over priced, ripped offor bad customer service! Triple win!

Edit: the Assistant Manger Steven took care of me and made it right. If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like your time has zero value, boy do I have the place for you. AAA service proudly set me up with a 3:00 pm appointment—which, as it turns out, was nothing more than a meaningless suggestion on their end. My husband scheduled a 3:00pm appointment for a simple oil change and was told the car would be ready by 4:20. When he showed up, it hadn't even been touched, sitting in the exact same spot. They couldn't give any explanation (which somehow makes it even worse) and then told him it would be another 30 minutes. Why even take appointments if you have no intention of honoring them? This was our first time going to AAA for an oil change, and it will be our last. If you value your time go anywhere else.
