This Regional AAA in MISSISSIPPI is a joke!! No one seems to know what they're doing... I've been waiting on a plastic membership card for 7 MONTHS!! And eveytime i call they can't find my account, ON TOP OF HAVING MY NAME SPELLED INCORRECTLY!! But they were able to get my payment info correct!! I guess this type of service is to be expected when your dealing with country bumpkins... I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN I WAS BACK HOME IN PENNSYLVANIA!!
Picked out this guy because he was a veteran. Well the quote I got was good and then it changed after I said yes. They wanted me to list my son as an exclusion and I said no. The payment went to almost 3 times what I was quoted and I said cancel immediately. Well evidently he had gone ahead and set up homeowners also which I did NOT give the ok on that! And now they really owe me $45 but somehow and someway even though they were paid by draft for a month of insurance I got no refund and they have evidently sent $78 for somet... read more
