My drivers license needed to be renewed, so I had two options: Go to the DMV, and potentially have to wait 2 to 4 hours, OR Go to AAA, maybe take 10 to 15 minutes, quick eye test, and 32 dollars. Unfortunately I had my first negative experience with AAA and I am currently waiting for a local manager to return my call so that I can share my experience. I requested battery service online and absolutely nothing went right with the request for over 24 hours. The local garage was great to deal with, but even they were seemingly frustrated with the AAA miscommunications.
