Unfortunately I had my first negative experience with AAA and I am currently waiting for a local manager to return my call so that I can share my experience. I requested battery service online and absolutely nothing went right with the request for over 24 hours. The local garage was great to deal with, but even they were seemingly frustrated with the AAA miscommunications. I went to get my license renewed. Really nice and considerate young man helped me out.
Everything is great during business hours but it would be nice to not have to take an hour and a half out of my work day to add a vehicle to my policy. There should be a way for me to do this in the evening as well.
