I called them this Monday morning and they were here early afternoon. Did a fine job and was reasonably priced. Renee in the office is very kind. The plumber was nice also and got on well with my nosy dogs.lol Highly recommend.
I got stood up by another plumber so I called Paul's. They sent out a nice young man named Sid, who was polite and professional. He did a good job in a short time and didn't overcharge. I will call them again.
Terrible service. I ended up buying a $75 PEX tool and did the work myself.
