Totally unacceptable service. It was a plate change that I wanted to achieve and not only was the form not available on line but the opening hours on the net were wrong. Had to go twice but the wait in line was terrible taking an hour. Obviously regularly that because they had seats. I think it may be the worst service I have ever had anywhere for anything. If there was a less than 1 star service I would have checked that one

My first time going in there today, the place needs a renovation, the layout is terrible for the amount of people.. very noisey. Please take note, the staff need to be more equipped with modern technology to clear ques. Basic things such as possibly handheld devices to be able to answer questions, as today x2 staff members I spoke to could not answer my question, which resulted in a 30min wait in line, only for me to get to the desk and the lady on computer told me that there was nothing I need to do after I'd filled out a f... read more
