Rang up this morning asking for a full wheel alignment and was booked in for 10am, I asked them how long they think it would take and they said 30mins. Fair enough so far. Came in and was asked to wait since other cars were being worked on. Totally fine with me. Around 10:45 where they asked for the keys where I told the technician that I would want a full alignment done and he told me it’d would be a long job (roughly an hour) which is again totally fine with me since I just wanted the alignment done by the end of the day a... read more
