Based on word of mouth, I called Soot & Cinders for help with an airflow problem with my dryer. Kelly fit me into his schedule the very next day! He explained how he was going to troubleshoot to determine the problem, how much it may cost and he even gave me feedback to prevent airflow issues for future. I’m very satisfied with my service and I highly recommend this business for your chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning/troubleshooting needs!
Very nice guy, I'm really bad with names. Very polite and professional, he did a great job I was very happy with the work and knowledge and I feel it was a fair price. I will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Kelly has been out to clean and repair my fireplace and chimney twice now and I have nothing but good things to say! He is so unbelievably helpful and kind and does a fantastic job. You can see and hear the experience he has and it so refreshing and relieving. Cheapest by far too. Cannot recommend Kelly enough!
Kelly and Tony were extremely kind and efficient as they went about there job. They let me know what they needed from me, including when they needed me to stay out of their way. They were very good about educating me on what they were doing and left my wood stove not just cleaner but also better than they found it.
