Jacob was amazing! Very efficient and kind. Was out of there in 15 min! Great service, will be back!
Called early on a Friday for a 9 am appointment for Monday. I arrive at 9 am (maybe a minute or two late) and there is no one. The shed is locked. I call and don't have an answer so I leave a message. No response yet. Still waiting. Online their shop opens at 8 am. The store next door says they open at 10 am. I call at 10 am, no call. The shed is still locked and I am very upset.
