First of all, this man needs to learn proper basic etiquette, he is very rude as well as a scammer. Although I showed him the coupon he charged me full price saying initially my car is a SUV and when I pointed out to him that the price only $10 more for SUV then he changed his word and said I showed him the coupon after I asked for the price and now it is too lake.
