Business is scheduled to open at 9AM. Person showed up after 9:15AM. Walked up to my window without a mask. I mentioned that he didn't have a mask on and his reply was: "My mask is in my pocket, Sir." As I drove off, I told him I would give him a review online. Will never go back.Unprofessional to say the least.
