I've had several of my cars smogged here in the past years and was treated very well. You can read other reviews for this business here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/aa-smog-burlingame I've witnessed other customers being very obnoxious and were still treated well. I suppose the other reviewer went over the board.
the place is beautiful and clean. the guy at the front desk is so obnoxious I will not be going back to this shop. If you can get past bad attitude the shop looks great otherwise.
