Friendly and fun staff; the wheelchair-accessible *bathrooms are spotless every single time*; and the gentle music, fragrance, spotless rugged flooring, and low traffic make it the coziest storage building I've ever experienced. 10/10 liminal space and my nieces love the mints in the main office – wish I could rate 6 stars.
Been a customer for 4 years & this is the first time I received rude customer service.. Rep very rude.
I rented a unit from AA Storage while my grandson was attending college in Farmville; Lexi & Lauren are the nicest & most pleasant ladies and they were always helpful in answering any questions that I may have had. The facility was always spotless and easy access when entering the facility. Rental prices are very reasonable too. I can’t say enough positive comments about AA Storage and Lexi & Lauren; I had a wonderful experience during my rental experience.
