Just had such an horrible experience with this company(specifically the owner Wes Arabie) and its shady business practices. Called them on Friday to come out to replace my commercial door closer(arm that retracts the door) the tech (Mike) did a great job. He replaced the part and readjusted the door (physically took the entire door off and put it back on) However later that night when we went to close up, the lock (cylinder) for the door (which was just replaced back in March might I add) wouldn’t turn over.
