James and Kate are amazing, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in I felt trust in this place. They were short staffed and extremely busy and James without any problems got straight under my van to have a look. Real good people!
I can't speak highly enough of this company. From my very first phone call, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a warning fault appear on my car, and they told me to bring it in straight away for a diagnostic. They quickly identified the problem and provided me with a detailed written quote. Update on my initial review , the gearbox failed a month after all the work as per below . In addition the rear bumper was badly damaged by the Queensland Automatic Transmissions, yet did not accept any responsibility . I then paid another Tranmission shop $6,000 to repair the transmission properly . Definitely look around before taking your pride and joy here !
