James was amazing, good old fashioned service here. He went out of his way and busy schedule to help , diagnosed and recommended where to go without charge. I'm so grateful for this and his honesty . After service care was also amazing. Beyond 5 stars for me personally. Edit - after encountering gearbox troubles I returned to James, he fitted me in with their super booked out schedule and my car was back to running like a dream ! Minimal costs and great service I can't recommend these guys enough
Squeezed me in on 2 different days, one to code read and one to service and replace speed sensor so I could get home to Hervey Bay. This was on an old 04 2.7crd Jeep Grand Cherokee, staff were extremely helpful and other shops should take note.
Quick, efficient, but not lacking on quality, and the price point is just right. Good rates and great mechanics, very accommodating for finding bookings and helping when things come up, all-around 5-stars.
