Quality is Worth the Price! Queensland Automatics is absolutely worth trusting your broken transmission to. Despite having to wait patiently due to the unavoidable (supply chain issues) affecting parts, the communication was excellent. James & the team's expertise is unmatched, with over 100 years of combined experience, their work shows. My car's transmission is now as good as new! QLD Automatics should extremely proud of their staff and technicians, they pride themselves on providing technical advice over the phone in a language that is easy to understand. When necessary, they provide the damage parts for inspection and extra information. I have no hesitation in recommending QLD Automatics for all your gearbox repairs, NO matter the type.
Kate and James provided me with great service, communication and care. My VW Polo was having an intermittent Mechatronic issue that needed a specialist to diagnose. My mechanic recommended QA and I'm so glad they did. James and the team diagnosed the issue explained it clearly, provided options and were able to accomodate the repair with no fuss. It's very rare these days to find a business that knows what great customer service is. QA are a top notch. I would give them six stars if I could.
I have a Jeep JK Wrangler and called regarding a transmission shudder. Kate was INCREDIBLY helpful, gave me the run-down on potential options and is sending over a quote to give me an idea. She was extremely helpful and very apologetic that their availability was limited this time of year (mid-November). I called 3 Jeep servicing centres and they were nowhere near as helpful.
