My experience with this used car dealership was very disappointing. They appear to buy vehicles, perform little to no necessary repairs, and sell them despite having significant mechanical issues. The condition of the vehicle was not represented honestly during the sale. After I purchased the car, several problems quickly appeared. I bought a Honda Civic and it has been an amazing car for me, it’s in great condition and drives well for a reasonable price. There were a few minor issues I discovered a few days after buying the vehicle and René was more than happy to take a look for me and help with whatever was going on, I felt that they really do care for their customers.
My daughter purchased a Honda Civic, Rene was super nice amd easy to deal with, negotiations were simple, no pressure, just a friendly guy. There was a problem with the radio and lights she discovered the next day and we brought it back and they replaced the alternator, no charge. They fixed everything that wasn't working. Wonderful service! I would recommend them to everyone.
Very nice people. I booked a time to see a truck. I came here long way from north Burnaby, putting time to see the car was advertised on facebook for 7,888 but once i got here they showed me a similar truck and we went for driving test. After test they told this is another with low kilometres and price is 10,888! I told them i came for another truck and the guy said sorry we cannot show it now maybe Monday!
