Great Service! AA Quality Appliance Repair did repairs on our dryer and replaced our dishwasher. They were always prompt and responsive with making and keeping appointments. I was thrilled with the quality of the work and impressed with the way the men worked carefully to make sure nothing was damaged during the difficult process of removing and installing the dishwashers. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. Repairman came to our house to fix our washer. Charged $70 then told us he would call when the part came in. Never called. We then called him and he tried to tell us it was $400 for the needed part. We just replaced that part. The had no idea how to open a locked washer. I am trying to get our money back because he did nothing and NEVER called us. Don't get scammed like us, . Us

Jack of All Trade AA Quality Appliance is the 'Jack of all Trade'. The establishment was clean. The employees were nice and very friendly. I have no problem with taking items to them for repair.

I called this company in early September. The repairman looked at the appliance and said he would order the parts. I have called 3 times since. It is now end of November. They don't call back and you have to be on top of them all the time. Very unprofessional !! Please be aware!! I now need to get another company to do the job and start from the beginning. WHY do they take the job if they have no intention to follow through.

BEWARE ! Scammed me as well.Came to my home to fix my washer the tech said it needed a part that he had to order.Told me i needed to pay Him $90.00 for his time,so I paid him,he said he would call me with a price for the total repair with parts and labor when he got back to his shop.Three days passed and I never heard from him,he wont answer or return phone calls.I called someone else,they came and fixed it first trip out with no parts.THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

I just read the last review and I was also scammed by this company. We had them come out to fix our dryer. The "repairman" was at our house 15 minutes and told us it needed a part and he would order the part. He told us the part would be in within 2 days and he would call us. HE NEVER CALLED. I then called him 3 days later and he said, "I just have to get the correct part number".
