I am very picky about my trucks and the parts used in them. I brought my oil and filter and they refused to use my supplies. That is the only place I have ever visited that refused to use my oil and filter. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

I don’t what happened to their service because I was just there on 8/7 at 11:30am and the young guy told me that they couldn’t do my inspection because they were rotating a 2 1/2 hour lunch shift!!!!! and to come back after 2 pm. Then he turned walked away sat down in his chair and went back on his cellphone. BTW the shop looked like everyone was on lunch break meaning that no cars were in the bays even having an oil change. What happened to there 5 star service???
