We purchased a car from them and within a month the car had 2 separate issues that weren't covered under warranty. The brake pads needed replacing and the struts needed replacing in the boot. We called AA prestige cars and on both occasions they sorted the repairs. They paid for the brake pads to be replaced at a local garage and then they collected the car to repair the boot struts themselves, they also gave us a courtesy car in the interim. Great after sale service, they went above and beyond, one happy customer.
Great people to deal with, would highly recommend.
Paid over £12000.00 for car one week later it broke down took it to a nominated garage for a diagnosis under warranty we were told to not drive this car as it was dangerously bad and wouldn’t let us take it out of garage £4000 later after repairs done warranty company would not cover anything even though suspension gone brakes gone engine oil Leaks onto exhaust cooling box gone front tyres over 12 years old and gone we had premium cover even wear and tear cover but no it wasn’t covered told the garage who offered no money fo... read more

Non stop issues with the car, was lied to about what they had actually done to repair the car, called several times to try sort this and they don't want to know or care enough to help, have recently heard from several other people they have had similar issues!
