A friend of mine was using A&A pools. 15 years ago they had a liner put in and it was beautiful, the company was amazing. Now it’s time for a new liner and 3000.00 later Eric is ghosting them after cashing their check. No return calls, No liner, and No refund. This is not the way to do business. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
This man is a scammer. My parents paid A&A Pools $3,000 to replace their liner. When it came time to get the job done, Erik—the owner—vanished. Weeks of calls and messages were met with silence. No updates. No apologies. No liner. Just blatant theft and zero accountability. Do not use this company. He came out last July (2024) and we put $3,000 down towards a liner and install. To be done at the time of pool opening. He came out once in May and said that he didn't have the correct measurements for the liner. So he took the measurements again and we've hardly heard from him. My husband and I have both called and left messages. At one point, he claimed he hurt his back. He's given us 3 different days that he was going to come out and get started. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! He scammed my parents out of $3000 and then ghosted them. They wanted to get a new liner and he just stopped responding. He even had them drain their pool to prep for it weeks ago and just ditched. Honestly a horrendous person.
