Our school district uses this company and they are amazing. We had a huge production job to finish and faced a printing problem. When we called, they showed up first thing the next morning and had it handled in less than a half hour. Not only that, Dwayne was relaxed and responsive, even in the chaos of a high school classroom doing production work. We got the job done because UBEO answered the call.
Never had a problem that couldn't be fixed and each time I call, I get service pretty much the next day!!
Service tech was AWESOME! Very professional and knowledgeable. Repaired our copier in a timely manner and arrived as scheduled. Highly recommend!
Everything was very easy, Nick came to the site and already knew what the most likely problem was. When he discovered that it was the suspected issue, he had the printer back up and running within an hour of arriving!
