Michael was on site within a few hours of the service request and immediately knew what needed to be done. Within half an hour, the issue was fully resolved. He also performed a test print to ensure everything was working properly. Michael was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. His prompt response and expertise were greatly appreciated.
Everyone I've spoken to so far has been very helpful and friendly. I apologized for calling two days in a row and the person on the phone was so kind! Chris, our tech. is wonderful.

Our school district uses this company and they are amazing. We had a huge production job to finish and faced a printing problem. When we called, they showed up first thing the next morning and had it handled in less than a half hour. Not only that, Dwayne was relaxed and responsive, even in the chaos of a high school classroom doing production work. We got the job done because UBEO answered the call.
Never had a problem that couldn't be fixed and each time I call, I get service pretty much the next day!!
