Exceptional service both on the phone and in person. I called late in the afternoon and we had a technician at our office right when we opened. Saved us during a very busy tax season. Always a pleasure to deal with your reps on the phone and technicians in person. The tech went above and beyond to make sure our machine was working well and was clean/serviced. Thank you!

The two technicians who came in for the service were very knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions. All of the documentation that I requested was sent to me within an hour of the completion of the installation.
I haven't used the "copier problem" service much but when I have the response has been quick and thorough - totally opposite of our previous copier company. Your technicians are friendly and helpful. They show me the parts they've replaced, explain why they've replaced them and have reassured me that so far, none of the problems we've had were my fault :-)
