Otis is one of the best Salesman I have ever dealt with over my 30+ year career. I dont understand why he isnt a corporate North American Territory Manager. There have been several instances where the back office makes mistakes and Otis bird dogs these instances so we dont feel the pain. He is very knowledgeable of his products and truly wants to build relationships than trying to hit a forecast quota. Horrible company. Horrible staff. Crappy product. Go anywhere else but there. Head of Marketing left a response that is completely divorced from reality. The product does not do what was advertised. The account rep refuses to provide a copy of the contract we signed. The setup took almost a week and we were left with a nonfunctional machine that impacted our day to day business and it still doesn't do what was promised. Ubeo has been a disappointment since day one. I would never recommend Ubeo to anyone.
You guys are so quick to get to us compared to your competitor. Even the call for service experience is more pleasant. Your technicians are so professional and kind even when the problem was CLEARLY operator error.
One of the biggest differentiators for UBEO is their commitment to SLA response times and more importantly, their ability to consistently deliver on them. That kind of dependability goes a long way. Highly appreciated, big thumbs up!
