Stopped in for a basic polish change- since my normal salon was closed. After politely reminding the tech those are my natural nails, she continued to drill-instead of soaking off the gel polish. When I pointed out that she had drilled through my nail, she casually popped on some super glue and ushered me on my way.
Always excellent service and friendly staff! The only place I'll go!
Two weeks ago I went to your salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure. My manicure only lasted 4 days, and the gel on my right index finger came off. Yesterday I checked my toenails and noticed this. I did not hit or injure my nail. I only went on vacation and spent the entire week in the pool. I’m not sure if it was due to improper preparation, but it looks like water may have gotten underneath the gel, or it could possibly be a fungus. I am concerned about the condition of my nail.
