I tried for two days to get this guy to come out to change the oil in my rv…constantly unresponsive and when they did respond it was some excuse. “My phone got smashed, had to go to Apple”. That was why he missed my first scheduled appointment. It was scheduled for 10:30 am, finally got a response at almost 5:30 that evening. Then he was supposed to come the next morning and again, nothing. This time he was packing up at a job at 2:30 to head my way.
