Johnny and his helper looked at our Mr Cool mini split because it wasn't staying on. Johnny took pictures of the problem which was the control board on the outside unit. Johnny took the time to answer all my questions and even gave some very helpful advice about contacting the manufacturer. Four days after do what Johnny advised us to do, we received the new control board in and the following morning Johnny installed it.
