Ty was very accommodating and came to check out our furnace where I work. He was running a little late so he called to let me know. He ordered the part and is getting it fixed for us. He is very kind

Called to have someone come over for plumbing issues and the guy was very snippy and told me that they don't do plumbing. Then why does it say that you guys do?
Our furnace went out back in January just a week before we were to get the lowest temperatures of the year. I called up A & A and they came out within a hour. The gentleman that come, looked over the furnace, got it running, and told us that there was bad news...the heat exchanger was rusted really bad and the blower motor bearings where almost shot.
