We had a group traveling from the Seattle-metro area to Chelan to catch a ferry at 8:30am. Kevin, our driver, was timely for a very early pick up. He arrived early, delivered us to our destination safely and on time. He was kind, helpful, and flexible. On our return trip a week later, our ferry was running late making us late to our pick-up point, but Kevin was patient and understanding. He made our safety and experience a priority.
