SCAMMER ALERT: I found Arturo for landscaping services and a French drain install. I don’t know what has happened in his life between 2021 and now but he’s scammed a single mom for landscaping this season. Fake promises, took a down payment and continued to lie to me for weeks on end resulting in never showing up for the job.
