I’m big on functionality and communication when it comes to professionalism. When you give me a specific time, I expect you to show up. If I have to contact you for forgetting the appointment that you suggested, I expect you to show up on the next appointed time but you decided not to. Not showing up twice. Still no phone calls or text. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Appreciated his recommendations on how to improve our lawn. Fair price. Also like the before, after and progress photos/videos of the work. I plan on working with A&A again
